1. About Money Loans

Money Loans operates as a referral platform and information service. We are not a lender. We do not originate, fund, or service loans directly. Instead, we provide information about fast e-transfer money loans and connect you with licensed lenders across Canada who may be able to help.

Our role is to match your borrowing needs with lenders in our network, facilitate the referral process, and provide educational content about responsible borrowing. All lending decisions, terms, rates, and approval processes are determined solely by the lender you are matched with.

2. Eligibility and Use

By using Money Loans, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old and a Canadian resident.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You will use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
• You will not engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or illegal activity.
• You will provide accurate, truthful information in all forms and communications.

We welcome borrowers in all credit situations. However, each lender in our network sets its own eligibility criteria, which may include credit checks, income verification, or other requirements.

3. No Guarantee of Approval or Funding

Money Loans does not guarantee approval, funding, or specific loan terms. Being referred to a lender does not mean you will receive a loan. Lenders conduct independent assessments and make their own lending decisions based on their underwriting criteria.

4. Your Information and Privacy

When you use Money Loans, you may provide personal information such as your name, contact details, employment status, income, and credit situation. This information is used to match you with appropriate lenders and facilitate the referral process.

By submitting information through Money Loans, you consent to:

• Our use of your data to connect you with lenders in our network.
• Lenders in our network receiving and using your information for loan underwriting and verification.
• Lenders conducting credit checks and other inquiries as permitted by law.

5. Lender Relationships and Third-Party Terms

Money Loans connects you with third-party lenders. Once you are referred to a lender, your relationship is directly with that lender, not with Money Loans. The lender's own terms of service, privacy policy, and lending agreements will govern your loan.

We are not responsible for:

• The lender's conduct, practices, or compliance with laws.
• Loan terms, rates, fees, or repayment conditions offered by the lender.
• The lender's collection practices or dispute resolution processes.
• Any breach of contract or violation of law by the lender.

If you have a complaint or dispute with a lender, contact the lender directly or file a complaint with your provincial financial regulator.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Money Loans website—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is the property of Money Loans or its content providers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright law.

You may view and print content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or transmit any content without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Money Loans provides its service and content on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

8. Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Money Loans, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our service or referral to a lender.
• Your breach of any agreement with a lender.
• Your infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Attempt to access or use Money Loans for unauthorized purposes.
• Interfere with the operation or security of our website or systems.
• Engage in harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward our staff or lenders.
• Violate any applicable federal, provincial, or local law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or discover the source code or algorithms of our service.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to Money Loans.

11. Fees and Compensation

Money Loans does not charge you a fee for using our referral service or being connected with a lender. However, the lenders in our network may charge fees, interest, and other costs as disclosed in their loan agreements. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding all fees and terms before accepting a loan.

Money Loans may receive compensation from lenders for successful referrals. This does not affect the price or terms you receive—lenders set their own rates and fees independently.

12. Modifications to Terms

Money Loans reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of Money Loans following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Termination

Money Loans may suspend or terminate your access to our service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct we deem harmful to our service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use Money Loans ceases immediately. Any referrals already made to lenders will remain valid, but you will not be able to submit new referral requests.

14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the province in which you reside, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of Money Loans shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of your province of residence, as permitted by law. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and Money Loans regarding your use of our service. These terms supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations, whether written or oral.
